Tin Tin Tin 2010
By Michael Leung

Background | This is an art work based on the iconic figure Tian Tian Xiang Shang (天天向上) created by Mr. Danny Yung (榮念曾) for the exhibition Hong Kong: Creative Ecologies.

We always hear the phrase “think out of the box”. Does anyone know what the box is?
How big is the box?
Is this one the same as the other one?
Where or when was it made?
Who made it?
What is inside?
Where will it go or will it sit here forever or will it be thrown away soon?
The box you see here was not suppose to be like this, is just that some skills are already gone or only a few could do it. Maybe we should understand the box first before thinking out of it?

我們經常聽到 “think out of the box”。
